wow...after I though thought thought thought thought thought thought...I'm still right. The visualization by athletes is different from the type of visualization taught by most self-help gurus. My guess is because the athletic type of visualization is too hard for most people.

I read your article on visualization. I am sorry to make you
aware that you wrote this article because of your ignorance. 96 percent of the
population is in a hypnotic state. There are a lot of dumb, deaf and blind
people out there and you may be one of them.

First you have to know how the subconscious mind works. The
universal subconscious mind operates by the natural laws of the universe. When
visualize or imagine an outcome and impress them on the subconscious, we
actually create spiritual seeds in the mental realm and grow them by our
emotions. Success in nature is governed by the same law that governs all of nature.
When we plant a thought seed through imagination in the universal subconscious
mind it has to move into physical form by the natural laws of vibration,
attraction, resonance and growth. By this process we create a bond between our
own desires and the power of the nature to make them materialize, it means we
co-create our reality. In other words our reality is the projection of our own consciousness;
therefore the visualization is the best way to recondition our own
consciousness.

Everything in nature operates in precise order there is no chaos.
Nature is the precise exchange of energy and it’s a simple fact that everything
in the universe is energy made from subatomic particles.

There is spiritual transformation happening in the world and
you don’t have to publish false information out of your ignorance. Please delete
the article; otherwise it will keep creating bad karma for you. What we put out
comes back to us.

You are unaware of energetic nature of reality and the laws
that govern it, and you have to develop understanding. Consciousness creates
reality, it operates through brain and it’s a very simple scientific fact proven
by quantum physics.

I would even want to recommend you to shut off your website,
because it has a negative name (dontstepinthepoop). It means that your
intention of your website is to find problems in simple scientific facts of the
21st century and mislead people and deny the conscious growth of consciousness
of humanity.

We cannot consciously change our beliefs without
visualization or affirmation.

We cannot change our behavior when we have sabotaging
behaviors, visualization and imagination helps us create new behaviors and
recondition our minds (transform our reality)

When a person is positive, they naturally dream and create
their reality. Imagination is a very natural mental faculty of the human beings.

Formless energy of the universe flow through each human
being and we give it form by our imagination (consciously or unconsciously). You
can experience the heaviness of the universal energy flowing through you in
deep meditation.

Our actions are controlled by our
emotions and our emotions are controlled by the thoughts we think. Our actions
are not controlled by what actions you take in sport visualization; actions are
controlled by imagination and emotions.

Emotions control action and
attraction.

Emotions will not make you lazy;
they will cause you to take unbelievable actions. Our belief system (emotional
or mental state) controls our actions. When we visualize we change our mental
state.

Freedom is a state of mind.

Great article!

I was just thinking about this and tried Google search to see if anyone has some idea about it.

This is the problem: If I visualize result, then I noticed that I am not working so hard on it. I expect to just get it. It looks that visualization of goals only makes me lazy. In the other hand, if I visualize actions, I am worry that I am not using my full potential in strategic aspect. If I do not visualize result (target), there is the danger to lose direction and get lost in day to day activities.

And maybe my subconscious mind knows some better way to achieve goal than hard work. Even worse, if visualization of results is what is works, then I will get just hard work (since I visualized it) :)

IMHO, it looks most secure to visualize both. I will make short script and visualize both results and actions.

And, when thinking about most successful persons in history, they "have a dream" (visualized results) but also worked very hard.

Thanks for the comment. I thin it comes down to they misrepresent what visualization is. It's kind of like meditation. I fI tell someone I meditate, they may think that I try to think really deep thoughts. Yes, that's one definition of meditation, but it's not the definition I'm using. I am trying to experience no-thought.

I am just wondering if the Law of Attraction crowd is purposely mis-defining visualization so they can use athletes to "prove" that it works. I mean it surely sounds better than, "just think something will happen and it will happen."

And i agree with you. Steps visualization helps me a lot to get the mental preparation down. If I am antsy about something, I found that visualizing the steps had a calming effect that once I actually did it, I felt less stressed because I had already "dealt with it" during visualization practice.

An Eye-Opening article!!! You are not being nitpicky my friend, you actually picked the right thing. Even I was getting very vague results practicing End-Result Visualization but I thought if so many people are telling me to do it (all law of attraction gurus) then it must be right. However, when I visualized the activities I have to do next day at night I started getting results and felt more motivated. It felt like I have done that activity before. Therefore, Steps-Visualization is much effective for me than End-Result Visualization.

Vinay Solanki
