I had to read this line twice:

“Well, actually Dr. Phil is sort-of right” – sort of or no sort of you just implied that Dr. Phil is correct about something I can't believe it.

I love the encouragement at the end of the post – now I just have to pick which goal to apply this to. As always, thanks for sharing – I love the uplifting nature of this post.
